UP3216Q, vertical blue line, warranty?

I have bought a UP2715K monitor some month ago, but after a few weeks of utilization, the LCD panel start to leak. Dell choose to replace my brand new 5K monitor to a refurbished 4K UP3216Q. After plugin in to my computer, a vertical blue line appear on the screen. Some days, this line disappear and reappear randomly.

Now, the vertical blue line is permanent, and still visible in the Built-in diagnostics.

I live in France and the refurbished product sent by Dell came from Canada, taking me out from any warranty. I didn't expect anything from Dell now, i just don't want to use Dell products anymore.
