Unwanted emails from Dell
Hi hopefully someone can help. I keep receiving unwanted emails from Dell. These are from the warranty department reminding me about expired warranties and from sales people asking if I want to buy any more Dell hardware.
I have emailed the sales people and asked them to stop emailing me but they have not.
I have used the unsubscribe link in customer support about four times but i still get emails
I have even asked a Dell rep over live chat to remove me all mail list but I still keep receiving emails
This has been going on for about six months
Does anyone have any ideas of how to get remove from all Dell correspondence?

Hi rastervision,
Thanks for posting your comments and bringing this our notice. Please allow me to apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused. If you have already filled the form to remove your details from the calling list, you should NOT get these calls anymore. Please confirm if this was the form that was used: http://dell.to/17W6Wo3
We do call pro-actively before the warranty expires to remind you about it but if you're not interested in extending, the same will be updated in the case notes. Please be informed it takes 2-3 weeks for the details to be removed from the calling list and to ensure it does not happen I'd request you to fill the form again.

Hi yes that is the form I have filled in four times so far over the period of six months. It has not stopped the emails :(
I have filled it in again anyway, but have little confidence it will stop the email from warranty or the sales people.

Thanks for filling the form again to unsubscribe from the Dell calling list. I really hope it will be resolved this time. As I said this may take 2-3 weeks however in case you get any calls again, please have this escalated further. Do reach out for any further assistance or queries.
