Warranty support in Israel
I bought a Dell Inspiron in Israel. The machine power stopped working while under warranty. Dell outsources to Yael Solutions in Herzliya Israel. The machine is only a few months old but the ink for the service tag numbers has rubbed off. I went to Yael Solutions and they refused to serve me or help me. They said that the service tag was my problem to figure out. I asked them for help and was refused. I asked to call the shop I bought the laptop at and they would not let me use their phone. After yelling, they allowed me to call Dell Israel tech support. We finally figured out what my service tag was.
Two issues:
1) the ink from the service tag should not rub off in a few months and it should also be written on the guide.
2) If Dell's moto is customers are important, this must be applied to their service providers even if not Dell. Yael Solutions was unhelpful and rude. If I knew this was the customer support, I would not buy Dell.
Where do I officially make a complaint?

Same thing happened to me here in India, but when I contacted the retailer. They send me to the service center of Dell and called them to give a special service, I was treated like a special person, and they replaced almost the whole machine, it is working great to me till now. I will suggest you that do not get frustrated, there might be solution with Dell, try to finding a Dell Store they must help you out.
Regards,
Veena.

Hi coreygilshuster,
We are sorry about the run around. If the computer is having any issues do let me know I will be glad to help you.
The service tag that is rubbed off cannot be replaced. However, you may follow the below steps to detect the tag in future:
(1) Turn on the computer.
(2) Keep tapping F2 key at the Dell logo.
(3) BIOS screen appears, check service tag and make a note of it.
