Why has Dell removed - Report an Unresolved Issue
Dell Customer Care has processing rules, but when problems were not fixed or new computer not replaced, there was the option to Report an Unresolved Issue. However, during 2020, Dell changed their web pages and this link is now redirected to Order Support. It seems that the Dell Executives have now decided that they do not want to respond to Report an Unresolved Issue.
What is the alternative process to get Dell Executives to intervene when new and expensive Dell computers are delivered with a fault that Dell Customer Care fails to fix, and escalation is required?

Have asked Dell UK online to register my ownership and allow purchase of extended warranty, but they do not respond. The pre-existing Dell Warranty at time of purchase, which expires on 05 NOV 2026, has disappeared.
How can this Alienware 17 R5 MLK refresh laptop owner Report an Unresolved Issue?
