Worse and useless customer support

Hi
I want to talk with higher authority about my problem it is not getting solved.
I face so much regarding this poor and worse service that i am already complaining in the consumer forum regarding this issue The engineer shridhar who is doing nothing and just harassing me badly and not solving my problem. I have all call recordings and i am also going to take steps against him if dell is not taking it seriously. He just manipulating my settings and disable all the status ber apps which is necessary for my work. My laptop is not work properly for heating issue, lagging issue, video playback issue. I am dealing with this problem since last 2 months.

Yesterday engineer had been send and checked the system and send the report properly but the escalating team member shridhar again delaying the process to solve.
I am sending this email to you for kindly contact me with your high authority and want to launch a complaint against shridhar.
Dell you take your laptop and give my money back.

I agree. Opened my new inspiron laptop yesterday and the delete button is not working. Attempting to contact Dell support but it can only be done during business hours. This is totally unacceptable.

I agree I bought the xps and the shipment is being a real nightmare. In the beginning Dell send me a tracking number and I could see in Purolator website. But according to Purolator, Dell put a stop in my package and they returned that to Dell. Since december 31th I'm trying to understand what happened, and a lot of different and not plausive informations were passed. First of all, Dell told me to enter in contact to verification team. But this verification team doesn't answer the phone. I tried the number . I waited for 2 hours and they don't answer they phone. In a second moment, the excuse was that my payment was not accpeted. But I checked my credit card and my money has not been reversed. I am trying to return my money, cancel this order, but even this I can't do because there is no decent information or a good communication.

Couldn't agree more.

I have been having a known issue with one of their laptops, called the support, it took 10 mins to go through non-troubleshooting related questions and started asking me to provide feedback after the call...

after I explained the issue, the guy said he would create a case for me and put me on hold - seems that he couldn't resolve the issue, and I waited on the phone until he hung up on me...

If not for work, I wouldn't use Dell at all...
