Worst Experience with Verification Department

Hope someone can help me or at least give me some advice on what to do.

I've had the worst conversation with the verification department this week, when I answered the phone he kept talking to me about how my shopping history was, about dell's policies, and a few other things. He ignored me completely, kept interrupting me when I wanted to explain my situation, and told me that she had been in this position for a long time and knew what happened to me, completely ignoring my attempts to explain my situation. At first, I was friendly, but when he kept interrupting me, I started to get angry and tried to get him to stop and let me explain my situation. (During this period, I didn't use any bad words, there are recordings to prove it) However, he ignored my suggestion. After I told him your behavior was very rude, he kept explaining why he did it. In the end, he directly transferred me to customer service and kicked me out of the conversation with him without any explanation.

The most ridiculous, I don't even have a chance to complain to him because there is no customer service rating service that would allow me to tell Dell how rude their customer service was after I ended the call. After he did all this to me, he kicked me away like a winner, turned around confidently, and left me helpless looking at my phone.

I called customer service to solve the problem, but I feel that Dell doesn't care about individual consumers like me, because I can't bring them huge benefits I feel. On Black Friday last year, I tried to buy a laptop with the reward, but the order was canceled and I had to wait 2 weeks for the reward to be refunded, so I missed out on a great sale discount.

Today, this happened again and I couldn't talk to the verification department as I explained at the beginning. May cause me to miss out on buying discounted items again. Also, a lot of my rewards are not available to use because I can't make any purchases before the Dell verification department say ''Yes'', they are the boss, and my rewards are about to expire. Those are real money and once it expires it would be a huge loss for me. I don't know what department to contact to resolve my issue. I'm really tired of contacting dell customer service and it's hard to get real help. I was often kicked like a ball between different departments, and each department had to spend a lot of time waiting.
