Worst customer service
After numerous attempts to use a $25 online coupon issued because on non delivery of a tv. I was told it’s expired 10 days. Can not help you.
The coupon Never worked.

Thank you for your message. As per the records for the order I see that there was a gift coupon sent your email address on 12/05/2018 & you were informed that the coupon is valid for 90 days.
You placed an order for a headset & the order was canceled, we see that you haven’t reached out to us post that. I am afraid, the gift card is 5 months old & our options on this will be limited.

No problem was not solved. Very frustrating for $25. Dell has lost a long term customer. The company needs to learn about working with customers. I am positive $25 credit would not have bankrupted the company.
