Update:  After a 45 minute call and nearly 3 hours total on the phone and online chat I was finally able to get to someone who offered to allow me to return the computer. Before I just kept getting transferred and placed on hold. I was offered $75 to keep the computer that I did not order.  I could have ordered the computer I received for a $100 less in the beginning, so $75 really didn't correct the problem.  I said I would keep it for $100 but the rep would not agree.  I still can not figure out why DELL could not just replace my order with the order I was supposed to receive??  The receipt I have even states that I was supposed to receive a touchscreen unit.  I am very disappointed with DELL's customer service.  To top it all off I have to wait 30 days to receive the credit to my account.  That puts it past Christmas and I can't afford to front the money for another computer.  I will never do business with DELL again.

Hello again, 

I have received the new system again. It also came with the wrong CPU. 

 

What can dell do to resolve this issue. 

This is the second time Dell has shipped the laptop with the wrong CPU
