dell fake support scam

I recently purchased a Dell laptop which is not due to arrive for another week. I received an email from Dell ANZ_Tech_Support_WE@dell.com welcoming me to the “Dell family”

which my iPhone sent to my junk email. 

I think it is legit even though it says “Dear Valued Customer” and doesn’t use my name.

kindly verify whether this is a scam email or not. Many thanks Michele
