order rejected

I put an order for a Dell inspiron 17 3000 laptop a week ago but i never got the conformation email, thinking there was a delay in my order because of pandemic after waiting 4 days later and seeking nothing but pending in my bank and paypal account i contacted Dell on the help support by email it sent to wrong department then I got sent the right email address and emailed the right department and in the end all I got email that my order rejected and i had to reorder again a week wasted and no reason why it was rejected.

And I think it's happened again because I place another order and i got the same order received email but no conformation email.

I don't know if anyone experienced this kind of problem, i'm new to this site so I don't if this happens all time or not?

Hi,

I'm very sorry to hear of what has happened. This is not the experience we want our customers to have.

Could you provide the Dell purchase ID # and the registered owner's name via direct message?  Could you also check if you have been charged for the order.

I have checked my bank account and it just has my payment pending for over a week I also checked my PayPal account it also has pending and i can't cancel the payment.

I do not have the IRN # on any of the messages.

Could you provide the IRN # ? so that I can have it reviewed.

I would not sent that info in PM. Since I done that I been getting scam calls. Maybe send an email or contact Sales on the Dell chat.

It is not really a bot. I am not sure how it works. But anyway they sent me a PM meaning to send you one.

That is why I do not trust giving @DELL-Cares  my info. Not the first time this has happened.

Hi, yeah I did that about six days ago no reply, i'm beginning to think Dell doesn't care at all. Thanks for the tip i'm new to this site and I think the laptop I wanted 2 weeks back is not there anymore so that was a waste time. Thanks again.
