two dell giftcard invalid

Hi,

I bought two gift cards a few years ago, and I want to use them now. But I could not. Dell.com told me the number is in valid. When I requested the card details through Dell Cashstar, I was able to verify that the card numbers were correct. However, I was not able to verify the funds on each card as they were coming up as "ERROR". I tried to call Dell but the problem was not solved. The representative asked to wait for email updates, but there is no update even after about 2 months.

I could not imaging a big company like dell can allow this kind of mistake. My two gift cards have over $1000 total. Please help!
