update the warranty status, #2

I recently got a Dell inspiron 5570 from US and requested for a warranty transfer (Ownership transfer) to India. The first time it has been rejected without any proper reason. I placed the second request a month back and still I have not got any update on this. Not even a single mail that the request has been submitted. I am really disappointed with the way Dell is handling this. Even if call the Customer Service in India they dont provide a proper answer regarding the ownership transfer. One of the customer care executive even tried to sell me a premium warranty saying that even if I transfer the ownership to India I will not have warranty in India and the only way I can get warranty is by subscribing for premium warranty for  3700 INR. I am also getting follow up emails with quotation.
