Hello chenchen,
If you are direct connected to one of the controllers then the IP address should be 192.168.1.1/setup & that should bring up the basic setup page for your AX4-5.

thanks for the answer. I was trying this one. i gave my pc 192.168.1.2 (255.255.255.0) but 1.1 has no answer..
Is there any way to make an hard reset for the sp?
