Storage Manager 2016 R3.20 and date/time on performance graphs

We are running Dell Storage Manager 2016 R3.20 (build 16.3.20.31).

We've configured our SC5020 time settings to use an NTP server:  au.pool.ntp.org

Date/time on the SC5020 is correct and is in the right timezone (we are GMT+10).

When I look at performance graphs in the IO Usage tab Storage Manager, the date/time axis along the bottom of the graphs is showing GMT instead of GMT+10, so everything is 10 hours behind.

Question:  is there any way to change these displays to show the correct local date/time?  If there isn't, is this a bug that needs fixing?

Hello FrostyAtCBM,

I would call in & open a support case for this issue.  I was able to try this in our lab and it is showing the correct time on our logs when I pull them.  When you call in make sure that you have done a phone home log so that we can review it & get that issue fix for you.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks Sam,

I will re-check everything, then log a support ticket.

Cheers,
Steve

I have seen this before when someone was using a DSM Virtual Appliance. The time setting was GMT in the command line. If this is a Virtual Machine verify the time is set to synch with NTP from the ESX host.
