"Error communicating with management service" during DD6400 setup

I ran through the CLI setup wizard from an Avocent web based KVM session. After I set up the network configuration, I started getting the "Error communicating with management service" on most commands, including system reboot. I'm able to run help commands, but that seems to be it. I'm also unable to ping the newly configured IP or connect to the device through the DD6400 gui.

Is there any way I can reboot the device remotely? Thanks.
