Dell G3 15 3579 won't start and sounds like it's overheating

Hi, so my laptop refuses to start anymore. Beforehand, it started to have a slight issue where if it was moved too fast it may freeze and now it has got to the point where it won't start at all.

When powering on, it will beep once as if it is booting normally but then the fans become very loud and the laptop doesn't turn on. There is no dell logo coming up on the screen, the screen stays black and they keyboard lights up like a normal boot but then doesn't go back to normal, nothing seems to be responsive on the keyboard during the boot.

I tried taking out the battery and releasing excess static from the laptop but that didn't work. The light by the charger also flashes 4 white lights and then 2 orange lights in that pattern.
