Dell Security Tools
Hi, i installed Dell Security Tools 1.9 (The latest Version) and i was configuring, the Cellphone, but i cant synchronize it, i have a error
the system can´t find the text for the message 0x%1 file %

Hi, now i have other issue, i have a latitude 7480, the BIOS is updated 2.0
I installed Dell Security Tool (Latest Version), but the option Mobile Device not appears (The laptop is not part of a domain)

Hi Ebohme,
The Latitude 7480 by default ships with a TPM 2.0. The Mobile Device pairing option requires a TPM 1.2 to function properly. Dell has a utility that will allow you to swap from TPM 2.0 to TPM 1.2 via a firmware change. You can find the latest version of the utility here:

if you desire to swap back to TPM 2.0, you will lose the ability to leverage a mobile device. the utility to swap back to TPM 2.0 is here:
