Problem installing Data Security V 1.11 on Windows 10
While doing my digital downloads from Dell I cant get the Data Security Tools to install. It is getting the message "Pending file rename operation exists. Reboot is required." I have rebooted and retried this at least 5 times all with same result. Any ideas on how to fix? This is a new Windows 10 system

Hello Bonnie P,
Typically this will happen if another program or even a Windows Update has applied something in the background and it is waiting on a reboot to do some more work. With it being a new computer I am sure it is catching up on a few things and if you reboot it after a day or so it should allow with the install the Dell Data Security products.
