All Firmware Updates failing after upgrade to 3.1
I'm getting the "Mount of Remote share failed" on every server I attempt to update regardless of iDRAC vers and catalog I'm using.
Are there new communication ports in use for the mount for this version? I know only form looking at this forum that TCP 111 is needed and yet it's still not listed here - https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/us/en/04/dell-openmanage-enterprise-v3.1/ome_3.1_ug/supported-protocols-and-ports-in-openmanage-enterprise?guid=guid-cc580a3e-2010-4aac-92e6-6b956f16ba8d&lang=en-us
Anyone else having this problem?
Thanks
Chris

fixed..
and yes ... no more NFS for Firmware updates. It's all SMB.
service-object tcp destination eq 137
service-object tcp destination eq 138
service-object tcp destination eq 139

All your iDRAC's must be 2.50.50.50 or later
If you are using a FW or traffic filter of any kind between your iDRAC's and OME appliance, you must now re-architect the design to permit SMB traffic instead of NFS.
