Multihoming

Hi,

I just stared trying out the OME VM (on a CentOS 7 hypervisor) and the first thing I notice is that I cannot configure multiple interfaces.

Our environment is set up such that the OoBM (iDrac) network is physically separated from the general purpose network. To keep this state, OME must be able to let me configure all the interfaces I'd like to use. Currently it seems that at least 2 interfaces are capable of using DHCP of which only one can be configured manually. What I need is:

 - Multiple interfaces in different networks

 - Manual configuration of these interfaces instead of DHCP

As this is a VM I do not think VLAN is required but maybe there are people out there who do need to be able to configure a VLAN, which is also not possible.

Is the above possible with the current OME or should I make this a feature request?

Cheers!

Hi and thanks for the post.

Not today I'm afraid.  We've gotten a few requests here and the feedback has been passed along to the right folks for consideration.

Thanks!

Rob

Having the same issue. Any news on if this will be included in a future release?
