Cannot log into OME.
Hello -
We recently changed the password of the domain admin account used to access OME 1.2. Now, when we attempt to open OME we receive "unknown username or password". I can click through it - however, when I try to enter the new username and password. I receive the attached error below.
I can access the database via SQL Management studio, but cannot make changes.
Is there something I can do to update the credentials within OME?

Sarichar -
On the bottom left of the screen shot you see a button for “DB Credentials”. Push the button to re-enter your new credentials.
If you still see the error, the default SQL Server name may not be correct. Make sure it points to the correct instance of SQL Server.
(local) = Custom Install pointing to a local fully installed SQL Server
.\SQLExpressOME may be the typical name.
It should be the same name used in SQL Express Management Studio.
