configurar de alertas envió de correos cada 10 minutos desde el open manager essential 2.2

Hola buenas tardes alguien me podría indicar como poder configurar el envió de correo cuando se produzca una  alertas criticas, que envié correo cada 10 minutos  hasta que  el inconveniente se solucione.

A.  You can create "New Alert Email Action" from Manage->Alerts->Common Tasks. While creating this alert action, you can select the severity filter for the alert (in your case "critical".

como puedo haser para que me siga llegando cada 10 minutos el correo de alerta critica.

hasta que el inconveniente se resuelva.

After configuring the alert action, email will be sent whenever OME receives an alert that qualifies the criteria.

OME does not check whether problem is resolved or not to keep emailing same details.
