128MB USB Memory Key

I didn't recieve my 128MB USB Memory Key with my system, Order support sent me to Product support. This is my second day of sitting on phone waiting for a human to answer? Could the Key be hidden in my lap?

You would be better off posting in the Customer Care section.  This section is primarliy users helping users, not ordering issues.

You reference a "lap".  Are you referring to a laptop PC? If so, you still have the wrong forum section as this section is for Dimension Desktop peripheral equipment problems.
