7 beeps from dell vostro 430

I got 7 beeps from my pc mentioned above when upgrade my processor from i3 to i7, i3 works fine but I need to put  an i7  to improve the power of my pc.

 Any help for this problem and what cause, fault is it that new processor(i7) or from my pc please help

Seven Beeps indicate a processor issue, see page 6 here:

Prior to installing the processor, did you check that BIOS Version 2.4.0 was installed, when updated support for processors was added?

Thank you for your prompt reply

I will use the the present processor i3 to install the new bios version 2 which I just downloaded from the side you give and properly shut down and insert the i7 then check if anything happen. I will let you jknow once I finish and thank you again

Hi

I did install the new bios version 2.4 then I insert the i7 processor but still got that beeps . In fact I might gave the wrong beep as now I carefully listen and it a 6 beeps. When look up at that manual it indicate the video failure and need to contact your side so please if any help on this  I most appreciate.

Are you using the motherboard's integrated video, or a discrete PCIe x16 video card?

The Video 430 motherboard's integrated video, is only supported by the i3 and i5 processors, the i7 processors require a discrete PCIe x16 card, see page 48, Video Section of the Service Manual.

I am using the one on the mothrboard but anyway I try to get me a card one and let you inform for any output and thank again  and hope you will help me
