If you had it before you get it from my dell downloads.

https://smartsource.dell.com/web/UserForms/RegisterSystem.aspx

All software All versions All the time for All Models Always forever is not happening.

If you go to this link:

Dell - Support

and select your region, it will open Dell Support Center. There is a link to download the software. It is a live download and install file (aulauncher.exe - just over 1 MB). It will install AlienAutopsy on your machine.

If you do a search for Dell Support Center 3.0, a Dell info page will point out that the software will work on Alienware machines purchased after 2009 when Dell took overIf so install Dell support centre on it.

Dell Support centre will download the file full_dsc_5907_39_64_03.exe to %APPDATA%\PCDr\Update\Binaries unfortunately once the software is installed the file is deleted.

My Dell, previously called Dell Support Center, provides automated technical support, which makes solving and preventing problems easier than ever. This easy-to-use application gives you access to everything you need to take the guesswork out of owning and maintaining your device.

Download My Dell.

There is a workaround however...

Install Dell Support centre on your laptop. Press [Windows] and type in %APPDATA%\PCDr\Update\

This will take you to your equivalent version of this folder:

If you click the Binaries folder it will be empty as the software is installed and the file is deleted. However if you right click it and instead select properties

Select previous versions and load the earlier version of the folder:

In this folder you will have the latest version of the installer you are looking for.

Are you telling me for each model they made a special alienautopsy for just it? I find that hard to believe given the video showing how to use it. I have the M18xR2 from 2012 and I understand they have taken down the links (DELL) to download it as they "no longer support it". They have made a new version that I suspect they can maintain since its so basic looking and bland.

There's no one size fits all for all OS and All models always forever.

Without BASIC information there is no way to tell.  The software is not for all models ever made.
