Do you have the 560MT or 560 ST? Both systems have a PCI-e x16 slot which should support the card, as long as Win 7 drivers are available. But, either way you need to check two things.
1. Will the card physically fit inside the case?
2. What are the minimum power requirements for this card? A 300W PSU is sort of wimpy...

The 4550 is very efficient and 300 watts is ample. I use one in my home theater PC.

The 4550 is very efficient and 300 watts is ample. I use one in my home theater PC.
