Adding Graphic card and Memory

If I buy a Dell Desktop with Windows 10 64 bit, is it possible to change the Graphic card such as NVIDIA GeForce  and add 8GB memory ?

Or there are restrictions that Graphic card and memory can not be replaced in some models? If so then which model do you recommend?

Any suggestions or help will be much appreciated.

Thank you

The rule of thumb with Dell is you can replace anything you want in terms of HDD, SSD, graphics cards, memory, etc.  IF you have an issue with a warranty covered part, you may have to replace all the Dell supplied components for them to fix it and Dell will not warranty or provide service for any parts you install after the fact.  Example I have an Alienware Alpha R2 and I replaced the HDD with an SSD.  Dell will not help me if I have SSD problems and if I have to send it in for anything else, I will probably have to put the HDD back in before they work on it.
