Alert! Front I/O Cable Failure

I recently purchased a Optiplex 790 SFF and I Thermaltake MiniTower. I moved all my hardware into the the Thernaltake to make expansions to my system at a later date.  The 790 has 4 USB's and audio I/O on the front but the Thermaltake doesn't so I am not using the connection on the motherboard (Dell Inc. 0J3C2F).  I am now getting an error: "Alert! Front I/O Cable Failure" every time I boot my system.

Is there a way to turn this off or skip it from checking to see if this is plugged in?

Any help would be great.

The test/error cannot be disabled.  The only way to remove it is to reconnect the cable to the original front panel.

That is annoying.  There should be a setting built into the BIOS to by pass the check or disable it.  Anyway, thanks for the info!
