Alienware Aurora R4 (Late 2011) 15months old Dead

Hi I have a R4 thats is just 15 months old, in the last 4 weeks it started to crash

Usually Graphics card driver,Finally 2 weeks when turning on wouldn't get to post screen.

Thinking it was the graphics Card i purchased a new one, and this has made no difference

when i switch the pc on it does power up and fans lights come on but no post screen or anything

Things i have tried, removing all Sata connections from motherboard - No Difference

Removing Graphic card and starting up (Expected bios beeps but nothing)

Removed all memory - Finally get 2 beeps (no Memory) so thats good but nothing else

I have removed CMOS Battery, as i have read sometimes this solve the issue - made no difference

Im lost now what to try next, If this is the motherboard what are my options. pretty gutted as you can understand only just out of warranty
