BIOS not fully ACPI compliant

Question

Upon booting-up my PC, I got the following message on a blue screen (OS: Windows XP) A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:The BIOS in this system is not fully ACPI compliant. Please contact your system vendor or visit http://www.hardware-update.com for an updated BIOS. If you are unable to obtain and updated BIOS or the latest BIOS supplied by your vendor is not ACPI compliant, you can turn off ACPI mode during text mode setup. To do this, simply press the F7 key when you are prompted to install storage drivers. What PC model and operating system? What hardware changes did you make prior to the issue? What software changes did you make prior to the issue? What bios version? Did you update it?

The PC is XPS 400/9150. The OS is Windows XP.

I reinstalled Windows XP by using the DELL Recovery DVD because I just changed a defective HD. I installed DELL DSS and DELL Chipset.

No software applications were installed except for McAfee.

I updated the BIOS from ver A02 to ver A07.

Boot into the bios (F2) and tell me what the SATA Operation is set to.
