BUM motherboard or ???

I have another XPS 435mt mobo; it gives off 6 POST beeps; will not boot. Is this beyond a quick fix or? I'd let it go relatively cheap regardless; I no longer need this one; ADMIN NOTE: Email Removed per Privacy Policy

6 Beeps, according to the Dell beep chart I have, is a "Video BIOS Failure".  If you have a separate video card, reseat the card and see if it helps.  If not, it has probably failed.

the beeps are 'one after another'; the description fits a video card that was replaced; now I must put the motherboard into another case to test; but also need another i7 processor which seems unlikely

I'd say the mobo is FINE <ADMIN NOTE: Removed against Dell TOS>

6 beeps could be 1-3-2 beeps, which would be a memory issue.

Can you identify where the slightly longer pauses are in your beepcode?
