Boot from disk problem

Whenever I start from boot disk (Acronis / Easeus) and application is in use, after about 2-3 minutes I'm loosing video display, monitor goes black and

I have to shut it down a hard way, than reset computer by removing el. cord and pressing start button for a few seconds. Otherwise I will not get video display
