COM3 Port and a USB Modem
Why does the COM3 port not show up under my device manager? I have installed a USB Modem and it shows that is installed in COM3 but the system is always trying to use the device on COM1 bhecause there are no COM3 ports listed on the device manger. (This is a Ricochet USB Modem)

COM2 = COM4 = COM 6
