CPU Compatibility List
Due to the lack of a list for my motherboard (E 219542 W-2 SHO821 rev a03) I have bought 2 AM2 Processors ,A Phenom and an Opteron , that both are unsupported. I'm trying to upgrade my processor but I can't find any AM2 Quad Core Athlons. Am I doing something wrong with the other 2 processors or can I get a list of supported CPUs please so I don't waste any more money.

If this is a Dimension E521 system, you need an Athlon 64X2 CPU - the board will not support the later Phenom or server Opteron CPUs.
The fastest of these is the 6400+ -- but the others in the model line with the same core will also work.

So your saying there is no Quad-Core supported by the board only dual core
