CPU Heat Monitor - Will this program work?

Will this work on the XPS Gen 5? I thought the Gen 5 used an intel mobo. If so, shouldn't this work? At least for the CPU temperature?

I'm at work for the next 12 hours or I'd try it out..... somebody game?

All I want to do is measure my CPU temperature... nothing else...

Is there no hope?

Dell, you make a system geared towards the high-tech gaming crowd and you don't provide an ESSENTIAL utility for the same crowd?

Makes no sense.

It won't work. The boards are not from Intel; they are Dell OEM Foxconn units.

Isn't there a temperature probe built into the processor that I can read via software?
