Can't access BIOS menu
Okay so a while ago I bought the Dell XPS 8500 and from the beginning I never was able to access the bios menu but it never bothered me until now so if someone knows whats wrong or needs more info let me know please because I find this to be a rather serious problem now.

From Win 8, open the Charms Bar and select Settings, then Change PC Settings. Then select Update and Recovery. Then Recovery, then Advanced Startup, then Troubleshoot, then UEFI Firmware.
You can also get there during a cold boot. Start the computer, hold down the left Shift (maybe Control key) key and continuously tap the F2 key. You should get to the BIOS, which is now called UEFI.
