Can't install Window XP

I'm trying to install windows xp on my Dell XPS710, it came with Vista installed and I'm sick of Vista.

All the time I go to install and it's finish loading all it's virtual drives, I get a blue screen of death.

The error is like Windows has been shut down,  this was possibly a virus attack - run ckdisk.

I even took out the harddrive out my old computer that has XP on it and I get the samething.

Anyone got any ideas what's wrong

Thanks

You need to load the SATA drivers

These will need to be downloaded and extracted to a floppy or possibly a usb thumb drive, but most of the time they will need to be slipstreamed into the install disk.

Make sure you download the drivers that are for use at os install.

If you use a floppy or usb press the F6 key to load the drivers. if you slipstream them it should just run

Yes I tried do slipstream already.  I used this pack here

http://driverpacks.net/DriverPacks/DriverPack.php?pag=m

Didn't work..

I tried to used by USB Flash Drive 1GB, but when the screen came up to let me load my drives, It wouldn't take read my flash drive.

I'll try the floppy trick, I think I got old floppy drive lying around somewhere, I just hope the computer has connection for it.

I also read somewhere about disabling raid, but I didn't have that option in my bios :(

Will report back later tonight..
