Can you do dual monitors on a single GeForce FX 5200?

I'm thinking about getting a Dimension 4600 with the following video card: 128MB DDR NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 Graphics Card with TV-Out and DVI

Can I use the regular VGA output simultaneously with the DVI output to power two different monitors?

I want dual display but don't want to have to get one of the workstation level machines. They're just too expensive.
