Change boot sequence on Dell XPS 8700
I have a Dell XPS 8700 and I need to boot by USB and am unable to change the bios boot sequence
The online help I did find say to...
" You have to Enable the "Launch CSM" option in Boot section of Bios"
but I dont have that option in my bios.( APTIO SETUP UTILITY for a 2012 American Megatrends BIOS)
any help is appreciated.

Hi,
I guess you have to enable the legacy mode in the BIOS. Have you tried to boot from the F12 options to see if you will able to boot from the UBS?

I can get in to bios by holding esc while it reboots then the f2 and f12 options appear with the dell logo. but my problem is the only reference I can find refers to settings I dont have or i dont know what the settings I have mean because I cant find a reference manual for my bios.
Does dell keep the specs/maunuals on the bios they install?
