Change boot sequence

I have a new Dell OptiPlex 7020 desktop. It was upgraded to Windows 10 a few weeks ago. I am trying to boot to the DVD reader but can't.  I start by pressing the F12 at startup.  I get a message at the top right of the screen that says  PREPARING FOR ONE TIME BOOTUP, but then everything looks different. I see NO option to boot to a DVD or CD device. Need help please, Mike

Is there a bootable CD or DVD in the drive before you press F12?

Rohe, Thanks for the reply.  No, I thought I put the bootable disc in the drive after. Am I supposed to put the bootable disc in the drive first, and then press  F12 at startup ??  Thanks,  Mike

UPDATE.  OK, I put a CD in the Drive and stated up while pushing the F12 button. The same choices came up. UEFI BOOT       Windows Boot manager

Other Options:

Bios Setup

Bios Flash Update

Diagnostics

Intel Management Engine Bios Extension MEBx

Change boot options.

I chose the last one, CHANGE BOOT OPTIONS to see what  would happen.

I got two more choices:

UEFI Boot mode, Secure Boot ON

Legacy boot mode, Secure Boot OFF

Should I choose Legacy Boot mode, Secure Boot off   ??

OK, I tried again. This time I chose the second option, Legacy Boot Mode, Secure Boot OFF. Then I rebooted the computer. Same choices. I do not see any CD Device or USB device listed to boot to. Totally confused. Mike
