Changing mouse button actions

I just received a XPS All-in-One 24' computer. Everything is great except I have one major tick with the mouse. It is a three button mouse, left, right and middle mouse wheel. On my old mice when I would click the wheel in ie or firefox, it would give the option to drag up and down the entire screen. With this setup it only gives me an option to zoom in and out. It also appears to be un-bindable in games, does not recognize the button at all for some reason. Anyone got any bright ideas on changing it like a normal mouse, or being able to at least bind it as a button.

Go to the Control Panel then click on 'Mouse' under Hardware and Sound.  Any user customizable options will be available there.  If there are no options for what you want, suggest you get a new mouse that does have the options you want.
