Clock running slow

The clock on my computer is running slow I resynchronize it with online time and within 30 minutes it is 10 minutes slow, does anyone know how I can fix this? thank you!!

Sounds like you may be running Windows XP. You need to disable the sycr0onize feature of XP's clock to have it keep the right time.

Hi

Here's what I did 9 months ago went to www.worldtimeserver.com and downloaded AtomicClock Sync.v.2.2 and keeped perfect time ever since, it's free and I found it to be a good little program,with no vices and from personal experience know it works on W98se, Wme and XP.

Another answer is >>dbl click on the time in the bottom taskbar >> Date and time properties >> clk on Internet Time >> Uncheck the box next to "Automatically Sychronize With Time Server "

DELL has a new download for that problem, I have not downloaded it yet.
