Compatibility check

I recently bought this computer:

It has integrated graphics which is not recommended for the one game that I really play, Starcraft 2. I had the following graphics card suggested to me.

My motherboard does has the PCI Express 16, but this card takes a little more that the PSU that comes with the Inspiron 3000 can handle. So I had this PSU suggested to me.

My question is if these suggestions make sense? Is  the PSU and graphics card compatible with the Inspiron 3000? Obviously I don't know much about computer hardware.
