Complaints email address?
Can someone give me a direct email address or phone number to Dells complaints department? I've spent ages emailing customer support back and forth and it is proving to be fruitless and tiresome.
He offered to take it for repair, I said no because (imo) its a driver issue. He then cited compatibility issues with Vista. Why sell me a brand new PC with Vista on it then?
I'm completely unhappy about this and wish to complain about being sold a pc thats incompatible (for the moment) with Vista and for useless customer support. I've saved a transcript of my emails to use as part of this complaint.
Thanks in advance for any help

I don't think Dell will help you - I was on hold for 50 minutes before hanging up (I wanted to know what I am being charged for the call). I called back and before I could ask how much calls are they put me through expecting me to wait again for 50 mins .. I tried to ask that simple question 3 times but of course they dont listen, they just divert me.
Finally I get someone after 20 mins and they can't hear me talking as their line is dodgy and they hang up. Dell as a company grew too fast and in my mind they went from the best PC company to one of the worst. If there is anything serious you should contact 08454 04 05 06 www.consu***irect.gov.uk
There is no complaints proceedure at all - they don't call me back and provide a frustraiting service. I will now happily spend an extra £100 from a smaller company - the luxury of being able to call a company and speak to someone based in the UK is money well spent.

I am also in the same situation but with different problem. The person who provided support wrote that he forwarded my complaint to supervisor but received no communication. It seems the only way to make them respond is approaching consumer affairs.

Today I lodge a case in delhi consumer court coz my new dell laptop is not working properly and dell support center is harassing me..
Hello Sir,
I would like to lodge a complaint against Dell laptop model Inspiron 5110 which i purchased on 29th dec 2011 from Balaji computer located at Muzaffarpr, Bihar.
This is to bring to notice about the multiple hardware faliure which occured in this laptop wi...thin 30 days of purchasing. The first problem which i faced was with motherboard of this laptop which stopped working after 3 days of purchase. Being in warranty period, after that I face problem with my touch pad engineer from Dell Service center sent a part of touch pad and changed that after that my laptop bottom base is broken internally they told its manufacturing fault then he send bottom base of my laptop and changed that part.but the problem occured along with Wi-fi, Bluetooth and USB port not working. Now I don’t wana complain again to dell support I want my laptop replacement .
Due to my utter shock and disappointment , I request Consumer Court to look into this issue as it is clear that the laptop had manufacturing defect right from the beginning. I have all three documents of my changed part…
Sir, with all hopes lost now, I request you to look into this matter and help me out of my agony. I bought the laptop for 34800 rupees and now just after 30 days The tax invoice number for purchasing this laptop is 5797 and service tag of my laptop is

Im having the same problem, I just bought my computer in December 27th. My hardware has already failed, replaced by there tech and now I have many other problems. customer service continues to transfer me and hangs up on me. I cannot get any real assitance, no complaint line, no one who has power to really handle the situation, all they know how to do is read of the computer. I just wrote a review, we will se if they post it. I just got corporate address, I plan to take this further because this is rdiculous.

The moderator removed my post stating that it violated their Terms of Use. Nothing specific was stated so it is impossible for me to know how to edit it to satisfy their concern. I certainly saw nothing in the post that violated the Terms of Use they referred to. Don't want to say anything publically that can be interpreted as a violation of their policies even when it is not so feel free to contact me directly for my suggestion on how to proceed. You can click on my username and then add me as a 'friend' and include a note and I will be happy to tell you how I have resolved similar issues with Dell. It can take lots of work but if you get in touch with the right people then Dell usually (but not always) does the right thing in the end.
