Computer auto restart

My dimension 4500S auto restart frequently.
It restart after logging into windows XP after 15mins,sometimes longer than it.
then reboot to BIOS,sometimes will keep rebboting at BIOS,can't boot into windows.
I need to switch off the supply and on again to boot into windows.(pressed the power button not working).
I saw that the LED at the main board is always under DIMM orange color.
Is it the correct indication?

I scan antivirus, check HDD.
Is OK for these.

Is it the power supply problem?
I can't buy the original 1N405 power supply, can i just take any ATX 180W power supply to replace it?

Turn off the automatic reboot (system applet, advanced, startup and recovery). Then examine the event viewer (start-run-eventvwr.msc) to see if anything has been logged.

No, you can't use an aftermarket PS in this unit - the PS is proprietary and if it needs to be replaced you'll need to get it from Dell.

Yes, I just turn the power management in my BIOS setting to "OFF",before it is in "LAST".
But the problem still exits.
Worst n worst, now my PC cannot boot to windows XP.
I saw that the A,B,C,D light is flashing a awhile then off.
And When i press a gain the power button at front, the LED light to green then amber, then green again.

I try to reset CMOS, then enter setup again, all my IDE device are OFF, then i set the pri to auto,
when i continue to set my secondary(CD-ROM) to auto,it restart again.

I change the SDRAM to another slot, also tried with another spare SDRAM.The problem is still exits.

I feel that my hard disk was very hot, it is my hard disk problem?

I found that 80% could be my processor heat problem.
The heatsink is very hot with the fan is speeding.
once it refuse to boot up,i take out the heatsink and let the cpu rest 10mins.
then it can boot into windows and serve me well more than 1 hrs.

But,i can;t read the actual temperature of CPU.
anyone here have a software to read it?
DELL bios doesn't have the hardware monitor.
