Post the exact model Inspiron in the body of your post, not in the tags and edit the tags to remove your service tag. That is not allowed in this public forum. Tags in posts should include the subject(s) in the question to make it easier to find in Search, not your service tag.
Also include the age of the battery. That might be the problem since batteries wear out after 2-3 years.
