The system will run normally without the drivers except for the automatic power management option will not work.
Have you replaced the same part# motherboard?
Do PM us the system tag#, email address and contact name via private message by clicking on my name in blue.
Hi have you bought the motherboard from Dell or from a third party vendor? All motherboards including Refurbished will have a serial number starting with CN-0 .

Replacement Motherboard has no Dell PN. Identical all respects including this product info
