D660s driver not installing
Replace the motherboard of a D06s (D660s) all drivers install except the Intel Management Engine Interface driver. A message states that the minimum requirements are not met. Certainly all components are present and Windows 7 64b Home Premium Device Manager do not show the need to install any more drivers. Also The Remote Diagnostics will not operate, the Dell System Detect installs but does not run.
driver version is 9.0.0.1310,A02
Bios version A11
Intel Chip set driver installs fine and Windows 7 runs fine with full updating.
Do I need the management driver?
Clues please

Hi Davmax
Thanks for writing to us.
The IMEI driver includes hardware-based remote management, security, power management, and remote configuration features that enable independent remote access to AMT-enabled PC.
The system will run normally without the drivers except for the automatic power management option will not work.
Have you replaced the same part# motherboard?
Do PM us the system tag#, email address and contact name via private message by clicking on my name in blue.

Hi have you bought the motherboard from Dell or from a third party vendor? All motherboards including Refurbished will have a serial number starting with CN-0 .
