DELL OPTIPLEX 745 Desktop

Question

Hope someone can advise. Ive bought Optiplex 745 with a Intel Celeron 3.3Ghz socket 775 CPU. While the Desktop works its just a lot slower than id like..ive upped the ram to 3gb and its running widows 7. So can someone tell me what CPU's are compatible with this machine.   Motherboard is 0MM599 CPU is Celeron 356 Cedar mill.

Updating to the Most Current BIOS is recommended BEFORE changing CPU.
