DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0x000000D1) Stop error
I have been having intermittent problems with a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0x000000D1) Stop error. There hasn't been any changes in software or hardware.
The system is a Dell Studio 540 that includes: a) Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (64bit), Service Pack 1, Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q9400 2.67 GHZ, ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series Video Card, AMD High Definition Audio Device, Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio.
Error message:

Have you scanned thoroughly for malware recently?
NETIO.SYS is a network issue. Try updating the wired NIC driver, modem, or wireless (WiFi) driver, depending on how your system connects to the internet.
Are you using either ZoneAlarm firewall and/or McAfee? Both of those have been known to cause D1 errors. So you may have to uninstall and reinstall them if updating the drivers doesn't help.
