Dell doesn't publish front panel pinouts so unless you're prepared to map them yourself, or somebody is willing to share that info, you may not be able to move into anynew case, Dell OEM or otherwise.
SFF systems typically use low profile cards, so you may have backed yourself into a corner. You may have to get a low profile card and sell this one on (eBay) or just live with the monster you created...
